The first phase of this development at the end of a quiet residential street in Chineam was the complete refurbishement of a dilapidated house that had been left empty and nearly invisible as it was covered in overgrown trees and bushes.

The result is a wonderful nearly new 4-bedroom dwelling with a large garden and private driveway.
